The cottage is no smoking indoors and no pets please;
Rates, taxes, and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed;
A rental Application/Agreement is required;
Confirmation of rates and dates are subject to receipt of; 1. fees, AND, 2. our
approved rental Application/Agreement, including acknowledging a review of our
safety and rental guidelines;
All rent, sales and tourist tax, and security deposit are due 30 days before rental;
A minimum $150 security deposit per reservation applies;
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to rental will result in forfeiture of advance rent
paid unless cottage is rented at an equivalent rate;
Advance rent paid less $50 will be returned for cancellation more than 30 days
before the rental period;
Sorry. Refunds can not issued for early departures.
