The "Alligator Annex," a semi-improved garage located next to the cottage, is perfect for
storing your gear such as snowmobile suits, water skis, sleds, boating equipment, and all
the other essential equipment an active sporting family needs to enhance their vacation
fun.
The Annex also stores our Weber 3 burner SS gas grill, Weber large kettle charcoal grill,
yard games including volley ball, badminton, croquet, horse shoes (adult and children's
style), safe lawn darts, patio furniture, hammock, and gazebo canvas and curtains.
Your 36' long private pier and small/shallow-draft boat dock hugs the south shore of the
north peninsula in about 22" * of crystal clear water (on a fair weather day). It's a great
fishing platform in your front yard. Overnight boat docking is allowed with some water
depth and weather restrictions.
